Alan Lotvin, M.D.
President, ICORE

As president of ICORE, Alan Lotvin is responsible for strategy, sales and business development of all divisions within the company.

Alan received his master of arts, medical informatics from Columbia University, his doctor of medicine from State University of New York-Health Sciences Center and his bachelor of science from State University of New York.

Kerry Bradley
Vice President of Oncology Services, ICORE Healthcare

Kerry Bradley is the vice president of oncology services for ICORE Healthcare. In this role, he identifies, develops and implements oncology related injectable management strategies and services for payors and manufacturers.

Kerry received his undergraduate degree in business economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Joseph M. Conway, R.Ph.
Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, ICORE Healthcare

Joseph Conway joined ICORE as its vice president of pharmacy operations in April 2007. He is responsible for the daily pharmacy operations of the New York and Florida specialty pharmacies.

Joe is a Florida registered pharmacist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Duquesne University.

Kjel A. Johnson, PharmD, BCPS, FCCP, FAMCP
Senior Vice President of Business Development, ICORE Healthcare

Kjel Johnson serves as senior vice president of business development for ICORE Healthcare. In this role, he is responsible for all health plan sales across the entire ICORE product portfolio—rebates, distribution, and oncology/injectable management.

Kjel received both undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Minnesota and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center.

Jim Larweth
Senior Vice President, Managed Care and Business Development, ICORE Healthcare

Jim Larweth is senior vice president of managed care and business development for ICORE Healthcare. In this role, he is responsible for all profit and loss for the rebate and formulary optimization business.

Jim graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.

Michael J. Leach, R.Ph, MBA
Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions, ICORE Healthcare

Michael Leach joined ICORE in 2009 and serves as senior vice president of strategic solutions for ICORE Healthcare. In this role, he leads the identification and development of payor strategies and services for pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve access and plan coverage decisions.

He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy and from Baker University with a master’s degree in business administration.

Michael Waterbury
Senior Vice President of Health Plan Oncology Services, ICORE Healthcare

Michael Waterbury is senior vice president of health plan oncology services for Magellan/ICORE Healthcare. In this role, he oversees product development and account management and works closely with the business development groups and the shared operational groups to maximize the success of both the oncology management product and ICORE’s health plan provider administered injectable consulting products.

Michael received his bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Richmond.
